1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between Thomson Consulting AG and customers that are carried out via our online shop www.tturban.com.

2. Contractual partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Thomson Consulting AG, Schmidgasse 4, 6300 Zug Switzerland

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the "Buy"/"Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering the goods within seven days.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices stated on the seller's website include the applicable VAT under Swiss law. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the offers and in the shopping cart system.

5. Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card or debit card.

6. Right of withdrawal

Customers have a right of withdrawal as detailed in the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Swiss liability law applies. Information about any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. Liability

We always have unlimited liability for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

10. Data Protection

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and our data protection declaration.

11. Final provisions

If individual provisions of the contract, including these regulations, are wholly or partially invalid or the agreements contain a gap, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions remains unaffected. The respective legal regulations take the place of the ineffective or missing provisions.

If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the seller's place of business. The same applies if the customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Switzerland or the EU or if his place of residence or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is filed.
