Shipping Policies
1. General information
All orders will be processed within 3-7 business days after payment is received.
2. Shipping costs & Delivery times
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated at checkout and will depend on your location. We work with the following shipping service providers: DHL, Swiss Post. The delivery times are as follows:

Domestic: 2-5 working days

EU countries: 5-10 working days

International: 10-20 business days
4. Customs and import fees
Customs and import fees may apply to international shipments. These fees are charged by the destination country and are to be borne by the customer.
5. Damaged shipments
We are not liable for products damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact the shipping service provider immediately. Don't forget to save all the information you received about the claim.
6. Returns
Our return policy can be found in the terms and conditions. Please note that we do not cover the costs of returns.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
2. Returns
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask that you return the goods in their original condition with all packaging materials. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
3. Exchange
We do not offer exchanges on items.
4. Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original form of payment.
5. Sale items
Only regular items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
